Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience (preferably in the solar or energy sector).
• Strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
